Debbie babysat us when we were younger and one of my sisters married one of her brothers. ❤️ she was always quirky and funny and we totally enjoyed the whole family!!!! Will miss her terribly but glad she's now pain free. 😢

I met Debbi when she needed someone to watch the boys while she worked at night. Clay was just a baby and Tony about 4.  Through this our friendship grew. Later, I watched her put herself through school while working so she could better provide for the boys. Not too many women could have the strength it takes to do this.  Later in my life when I lost my daughter, Debbi was there taking care of me when she knew I couldn’t do it myself.  We might not have talked as much, but if you ever needed her she was there. RIP my dear friend.

I met Debbi at a celebration of her son Clay (my son-in-law) and my daughter’s wedding announcement. I love Rose Marie’s comment about her big beautiful eyes.  They were beautiful and the soul behind them was so precious.   When I met Debbi I immediately loved her; she was so easy to love, and she genuinely loved my daughter Austin.

I didn’t live near you Debbi so I didn’t get to visit with you but I loved following you and seeing your Facebook posts.  I will see you in heaven when I get there and we’ll have eternity to spend time together face to face.

I was the child she didnt think she could have and my mom treated me like that miracle child all my life. We began life together, just me and her and we ended her life the same way. I am so lucky God picked her to be my mom. The best of me are attributes that came from her. I miss and love her very much.
In response to "How did you first meet Debbi?"

My husband, his friend and I owned a submarine sandwich shop, Sub City. Soon after we opened we placed a help wanted ad. Debbi, then Reece, came in one day to apply. She was tall, pretty, with big brown eyes and brown hair. She lived nearby and was eager to work. We hired her on the spot. It was a decision that not only gave us a superior worker but gave me a dear, lifelong friend and a nephew, Tony.

I will miss Debbi but I am comforted by the fact she had a strong faith in God and is now home and at peace, free from the trials of this world. Rest easy my friend.
