Dean was born on January 12, 1960 to George and Rose Smith in Gratis, Ohio. Dean was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. Dad had a rough go at it. Estranged from myself and my children. I know dad loved us all the best he knew how. I will be spreading dads ash’s in out fav. Fishing spot. He will forever be where I take my kids.
