Dean Smith, ((62 )), of Florence, KY, passed away on August 09, 2022.
Dean was born on January 12, 1960 to George and Rose Smith in Gratis, Ohio. Dean was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world. Anyone who knew Dean knew that he was the most loving father a family could ask for. Dean was predeceased by his parents George and Rose. His Grandaughter Gracie Kay. He is survived by Son Elijah and Grandchildren Brent, Maddie, Levi, Lyle and Ella..
The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 1017 Epworth Ave Dayton, Ohio 45410. There will not be a funeral. His ashes will be spread at a later date.
