Dean Michael Heslop age 68 of Owings Mills MD passed away on March 19 at his home from natural causes. Dean was born on January 9th , 1954 to Theodore Ralph Heslop and Florence Mildred Okerman Heslop in Salisbury, MD. After graduating from James M. Bennett in 1972, Dean went to work as a salesman for Salisbury Labs. After a few short years he started a career with Ryland Home where he was a quality Control Inpector ].

In 2010 he met Theresa Ann Fletcher and they wed in 2011 .

After retiring in 2016 Dean enjoyed watching the Baltimore Ravins football team with his wife Teresa. He also loved fishing, eating good meals, music, and sports. Dean  was predeceased by his parents Theodore R Heslop, and Florence M Heslop , a sister Victoria C Heslop, and his wife Teresa Ann Heslop. Dean is survived by  Van C Heslop and wife Karen of Martinsburg, WV. Lanning C Heslop, and 4 nephews
