Dean Michael Heslop age 68 of Owings Mills MD passed away on March 19 at his home from natural causes. Dean was born on January 9th , 1954 to Theodore Ralph Heslop and Florence Mildred Okerman Heslop in Salisbury, MD. After graduating from James M. Bennett in 1972, Dean went to work as a salesman for Salisbury Labs. After a few short years he started a career with Ryland Home where he was a quality …
