Dawn Brooks Gragen, 60, of Winterville, NC, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by her loving husband and son on March 30, 2022 in Chapel Hill, NC. Dawn was born April 22, 1961 in New Haven, CT. and spent her childhood in Clinton, CT. Dawn graduated from The Hammonasset School, Madison, CT and attended Wilson College, Chambersburg, Pa. where she earned her B.S. Behavioral Sciences degree.
