Dawn Lynn DeVoe (née Heaps), born on September 13, 1961, in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, in Bel Air, Maryland. She was 64 years old.

Dawn was the beloved wife of Brent DeVoe and a devoted mother to her daughter Ashley DeVoe (husband Josh), and her son Brennan DeVoe (wife Alex). She found great joy in being a grandmother to Ruth and Eve.

She was the daughter of the late Arleen and Walter Heaps and grew up in a large family that remained close throughout her life. Dawn shared meaningful bonds with her siblings: sisters Sharon Snyder (husband Charles), Cheryl VanHart (husband Lawrence), and Nancy Heaps (husband Terry) and brothers Walter Heaps (wife Kathy), Dale Heaps (wife Gayle), Martin Heaps (wife Pat), and Scott Heaps (wife Michelle). She also held a special place in her heart for her many cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Dawn was an avid quilter, gardener, and musician. Her warmth and presence touched the lives of all who knew her.
