Davonte Lamar Offer, (age 21) passed away on January 2, 2020 from a fatal car accident. He Leaves behind is mother Carmilta Mullen, Father David Offer Sr., Two Borthers David Offer Jr., Casey Meadows and Sister Deja Offer. Davonte had one of the biggest hearts a person could have even at such a young age he was always took care of his family and close friends even if it can down to his last dime. Davonte will be forever missed but not forgotten.
