My father was a force of spirit — the kind of man who could lift a room with a joke, a bit of sarcasm, or that big unmistakable smile. He kept his promises, stood by the people he loved, and never let anyone down. He was my father, my teacher, my best friend, and my hero. Every day, I’m grateful for the wisdom, humor, and values he passed on to me. They’re gifts I carry forward for the rest of my life.
