David's obituary
David Wittmeyer, 75, of Amelia, OH, passed away on July 16, 2022 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
David was born on [May 4, 1947 to Milton Wittmeyer and Ruth Spahr Wittmeyer] in Newtown Ohio. After graduating from Goshen High school] in 1965, he married Lorraine and then joined Army RA Infantry. Then went on to have two daughters Eva and Sheila. After the returning from the Army David became an over the road truck driver. Distance was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. Being on the road took it's toll an Lorraine and David divorced. His girls went on to marry. Eva married Ray Payton and had Lori and Jessica, Lori married Brandon Hatfield and have two boys Liam and Roman, Jessica married David Leroy and had a son Hunter. David then extended his family by marrying Priscilla Wittmeyer, adding two sons Angelo and Robert, plus two daughters Jackie and Belinda. Jackie had two sons Jabin and Joshua. Jabin married Kathie and had Alyssa and Jason. Joshua and Mary had Vada and Lillian. David was a Christian and Love Jesus. He enjoyed being part of the security team at church. David was a 2 amendment believer. He believed in his right to protect home and family. David was a dedicated husband to Priscilla and very proud of his kids and grandkids and great grandkids. David enjoyed NASCAR, Corn Hole, Cards, Dice, WII Golf, collecting guns, proud Veteran and always happy to help those in need. Loved by his neighbors. God love him because he will be sorely missed.
