David Charles Winters 78 of Rexford, New York passed away on July 9th, 2021 at Ellis Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Cooperstown, New York on September 2nd, 1942 to the late Inez (Beckley) Winters and Clarence Winters.
Dave was a 1960 graduate of Mont Pleasant High School in Schenectady, New York, and retired from both the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Ellis Hospital.
Most recently Dave worked for Ocean State Job …
