David's obituary
David was a Washington Redskins fan who loved to surf, skateboard, and spend time with his friends and family. He previously lived in Hawaii while his father, John Valentino, was stationed there.
Everyone David met would say he was a great guy and loving father, always speaking about how proud he was of his daughter. He would be friendly to all who greet him and always found a way to make you smile. He loved listening to music and rocking out with his drumsticks he would keep in his car to play drums on his steering wheel, recounts his daughter, Gina who he called “splinky.” She has many memories of getting sushi with her father who introduced the delicacy to her as he was always trying to get her to try new things. Every year as a family until 2015, the Valentino’s would vacation in Ocean City, MD for a week where many fond memories were made.

On November 19th, 2019, David’s daughter hosted a life celebration at the Crofton Cantina (one of his old favorite bar’s) to gather his friends and family to mourn and celebrate him. No funeral was performed as he was cremated and his ashes were blessed and given to his daughter, mother, and sister.
