David Wallace Torgerson age 67, died on February 15, 2023 in Burlington, Wisconsin
He was a master carpenter and home builder. Born July 7, 1955, in Waynesville, North Carolina to a military family, he traveled to many places including Germany and Taiwan before settling in Illinois and then Wisconsin.
He will be missed by many for his kind spirit and ability to make people laugh heartily. He loved to ski, play golf and cook for …
