David was born on March 2, 1965 in Brooklyn, New York to Ruth and Myron Weinstein. He was a charismatic child with many friends, winning the hearts of all of the mothers in his neighborhood.
In the early 1980s, David worked in restaurants and soaked up time on the beach with close friends from Key West to Fire Island. David arrived in Provincetown, Ma. in the summer of 1986. As a Culinary Institute of America …
