1985, Hood Mountain Peak
I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cooper once or twice in my life, but one time was certainly memorable. I was on a New Year’s Day hike with my father, also named David, when Courtney and her father, David, came bounding to the top.  Courtney and I had a good laugh with our David dads about running into each other on a mountain peak. Since then, Courtney and I have enjoyed many more mountain moments with our friends, inspired by the David dads. Happy birthday, Mr. Cooper. I wish I could’ve known you better! ❤️🏔️
