David H Sackal, passed away on November 9, 2021 suddenly after a 3 week illness with covid 19, pneumonia and a sudden onset heart attack. He was in the ICU at Grandview Hospital for 1 day prior to death and 14 days in Rm #377. He was admitted due to shortness or breath/low Blood Oxygen level.
