My new adress mail is:

And I have lost your adress mail.

I send you a lot of loveπŸ©·πŸ«Άβ€οΈπŸ’œ

I know I’m probably the last one to comment here but I’ve been thinking about Dave ever since I learned about his unfortunate death during Christmas 2023.Β

I admired his ease with French during French class at Marquette and went on the Spring trip to Limoges and Paris with him.Β

I also marveled how at how he picked up Russian and went to Moscow even though it wasn’t taught at Marquette.Β

I’m so sorry Amy and all Dave went through with his stroke. May his spirit live on.

Oh Deb, I'm so sorry to hear of Dav's passing...a true Renaissance man for sure. I know took such great care of him all these years. The bond of love that you two shared can never be broken. He is forever in the sweetest corner of your heart forever. Please take good care of yourself during this time of grieving. I'm sending healing energy your way my dear. Angelika

The man loved music.Β  He even played at our wedding!Β  Thanks so much to The Heed and Amy and Wayne for making music with him on that day.Β  He really loved it.

Too bad it's a bit out of focus, but this is Dave and me the first summer after his stroke. I was joking around that I was like a bird always perched on his shoulder.

So sorry to hear about our dear nephew, David.Β  He was a truly wonderful and bright young man.Β  Jim and Kathy Baalmann
The first time I met Dave I made a comment about how bright mars was that summer, he went on to explain how the orbits of earth and mars were in close conjunction (as close as they get in orbit) thus making mars so bright, my mind was blown. Another time I remember going to the greeny for an after bar party and he jumped on the piano and started playing old saloon music, it was a pure delight to me. Β Mostly though I remember his smile and his kindness. He was enormously talented human being, and that included making those around him feel good. What else is there to aspire to in life? Fuzzy D you were magnificent, and always will be.Β

Fuzzy D had the most gentle soul and brilliant mind. It was a joy to make music with him back in the day at The Green House and in the early days of Heed. I remember listening to him play piano, drums and guitar and thinking... "What can't this guy do!" I'm a better person because Dave was in my life. Rest in peace, my friend.

Amy and Judy, I just found out about this and I’m so sorry. He had already been through so much, and yet still found a way forward. I can’t imagine how much this hurts.Β

I hope you can both find peace in the memory of everything he loved in the world, and the light that he was and gave back to the world.

In this painful time I can only say that you all are often in my thoughts and I do pray that you take some solace in the memory of Dave’s brilliant life.
Amy and Judy, We are holding you in our hearts and minds.Β Β
Dave was a remarkable soul, so talented and loving. I’m so sorry.
When he came out to California with his Dad and Mom. So sorry for your loss.
Sending love and peace! I cherish my conversations with Dave. He was a true warrior and my hero in so many ways. I loved his clever sense of humor. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’”πŸ™πŸ»
