David's obituary
David M. Pisano “Pi”
Boulder City, NV: Passed peacefully on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at age 69 claiming it was his favorite age.
He is survived by his wife Jacqueline (Jackie) Silva; Sisters Kathy Joe Schmidt and Lisa Pisano, Daughter, and favorite child; Jennie, as well as his son Joshua. Grandchildren, Calie Lynn & Kayden who affectionately referred to him as Papa; Great Grand Daughter, Nova Lynn whom he wanted nothing more than to give her first ball glove; And, his ex-wife Andrea.
David lived his life on his own terms. He was raised in Rochester, NY where he spent the majority of time doing things best not mentioned. He was known as Pi and was a coach to many kids across Rochester.
He eventually landed in Las Vegas where he settled down and raised his son. Dave happily stepped into his role as Papa for his grandchildren and did would ever it took for his daughter’s happiness. Dave worked as a Land Surveyor in Las Vegas and would passionately tell you about every project he worked on, all of them, every time we got in the car- that is if you were not nauseous from his driving.
Dave retired to Boulder City with his wife, love, and best friend Jackie whom he called “nada” as well as a plethora of cats & dogs. Where he planned on living out his retirement years at a peaceful distance from the hustle of Vegas and his good friend Nick. In the end, he kept up with his sick sense of humor and still managed to make fun of everyone he loved.
An Inurnment Service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 1 PM in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, please arrive at 12:45 at the West Entrance on Dewey Ave. Procession to proceed to Niche at 1 PM. Followed by a reception at Braddock Bay Park, Donald Schlieter Lodge, 199 E Manitou Rd, Rochester, NY 14612.
