Ever since moving to Hudson Lake, Dave was like an adopted dad. He was there any time I needed him. He always knew how to make you feel special if you ran into him in town and loved sharing updates on his girls and grandbabies. He never missed texting me for a holiday or special date. I would send him Christmas cards every year and this last Christmas he sent us one back and I knew it was special and had saved it in my keepsake drawer and I'm so glad I did. I felt honored when he would ask me to watch his cats for him and the joy on his face when I'd bring him venison or eggs made my day. He has forever left a special place in my heart and is already dearly missed. Thank you for sharing a great man with me and my family. Love and light to surround us all.

Angel and family I want to say how sorry I was to hear about his passing! I have been blessed in so many ways and one of those was getting to know him over the years. I continue to hold you all in my thoughts and prayers as I know it takes time to heal! I love you all and may God walk by your side during this time!
