Our heartfelt condolences for your loss. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. I wish you and your family peace and comfort as you grieve.

My deepest condolences and sympathy go out to Joan and her family. Dave was a good neighbor and Joan has always been so caring and helpful to all of us here at the Cottage Heights neighborhood!

Dave will certainly be missed by the neighborhood!

Thank you Joan for all you did for not only Dave but all you have done for us neighbors.

Hugs and Hearts to all of the Negaard family!

I have so many stories about dad, and will add as they come up in my memories. One year we 'caught' the Easter bunny with a box, a stick and a carrot. Dad showed us how to make a box trap using a box, stick and bait (carrot). When the bunny went to eat the carrot, voila! Bunny trapped under the box. We were so excited to have caught the easter bunny! Side note: The bunny was  a black lop ear, and was so attached to dad that he would follow dad around the yard and in the house. One of my favorite memories from my childhood with dad.
