We sadly announce the passing of Mr. David Nathaniel Carter, born on September 13, 1939, who departed this life on December 23, 2023. Known lovingly as Dave, he was a beloved father, husband, brother, and grandfather. His loss leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
