Myers Family,

We are deeply sorry for your loss. While we didn't get to spend a tremendous time with Lynn directly, your commitment to adventure, friendship, and fellowship clearly came from his mentorship. Sorry, we are not able to join you this weekend but know that you are on our hearts and minds.

The Gaietto Family

Dearest Meyer Family,

May the Lord give you peace and comfort especially at this time. We are grateful for the hope of heaven!

Love,

Keith and Beth Heaton

I tell folks that Lynn forgot more about wheat than I will ever know, and it’s true. He was a great mentor and teacher to me, and good friend too. Two farm boys that always shared good stories about growing up and the “fun” at ConAgra. I will miss him dearly.

Please accept my sincere condolences.  It was a very sad day when I received word of Lynn's passing.    Our reunion and class gatherings were a joy..  We were a great class..
Lynn was a true friend. We’ve known Kay and Lynn almost 20 years living in Estes Park.  Lynn was the one that would get the guys together for breakfast. He just knew how to be social and make you feel liked and comfortable.  We miss him.
Lynn was a mentor & friend.  Really enjoyed our time together at ConAgra. He had an incredible passion for wheat.  Lynn was a good example that a soft touch can still get things done.

Lynn showed me so many times during our years working together at Conagra, how dedication to your work can turn into rewarding love and passion - I am forever grateful for all the time we spent together talking about markets and debating where prices might be headed.

Lynn was a great friend over many years.  When we first met in 1971 at ConAgra, Lynn took me under his mentoring ship on grain markets.

From then on, we continued our relationship.

Lynn was an amazing man. I had the honor of working for the Myers family farm through high school and I have also received Lynn’s family scholarship the three years I have been at Kansas State. His generosity has helped me in so many ways. I wish I could thank him one more time for all that he has done for me, but I would like to thank the family of Lynn for being one of the most caring and giving families I have ever met. Thank you so much.
