We are deeply saddened to share that David Robert McNeilly, aged 76, of Vacaville, California, passed away on October 24, 2024. David was born on September 23, 1948, in the golden city of San Francisco, California to the late Robert and Frances.
David's life was enriched by the love and laughter shared with his family and many friends. He cherished his 53 beautiful years of marriage to his beloved wife, Karen. Together, they nurtured a …
