David "Mac" MacKenzie, 71, passed away after his hard fought battle with lung cancer on January 2, 2020 at McKenney Creek Hospice in Maple Ridge.
Born youngest of four children to parents Jean and Donald MacKenzie on October 29, 1948, in Vancouver he grew up in Nelson BC. He moved to Ottawa at age 18 and after some years he moved back to Vancouver.
