David A. Lucci of Fitchburg, Massachusetts died on October 1, 2021 after an extended illness, leaving behind his three sisters Carol Lucci, Joan Lucci, and Cynthia (Lucci ) Spadafore; niece and nephews Amara Lucci-McShain, Nicholas D. Spadafore, and Alexander Wetherbe.

Born October 18, 1951 in Fitchburg, David was the son of Ralph and Roberta (Birdie) Lucci (Filiau) who are now deceased. He was also predeceased by his sister Shabid (Mona) Lucci.

A graduate of Lunenburg High School, David lived and worked in the Tri-town area. David will be remembered as a proud uncle and a man with a big heart.

David's family would like to wholeheartedly thank his circle of friends and neighbors for their companionship that surely brought him comfort during his last days. 

There will be no in-person service but an online event is being planned for a future date.

Donations may be made to this memorial account to help cover expenses. Any excess funds will be donated in his memory to the American Lung Association, COPD Foundation, or other non-profit with a mission to prevent and cure chronic obstructive pulmonary and other respiratory related diseases.
