David Russell Lives went to be with his Lord on January 23, 2021. David was born July 27, 1940 to Russell and Leone Lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He married Kathy Tabler on August 13, 1966. He attended Ripon College where he was in ROTC and upon graduation he proudly served in the U.S. Army. Dave worked at several area hospitals as material manager until he retired in 2008.
