David's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Michael Kendrick of Palm Springs California, lovingly known as Dave. Born on October 8, 1960 in Hartford Connecticut he ceased his journey of life on December 19, 2023.
David is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Piccirillo and her husband Rocco Piccirillo, his brother, Thomas Kendrick, his niece Michelle Baratta, nephew Ryan Piccirillo, and his dear aunt, Ann Dahle. He is also survived by his caring uncle, Robert Kendrick. David was predeceased by his father, Peter Kendrick and his mother, Patricia Kendrick.
David had a personality that was vibrant and full of life. He loved spending time with friends and was also fond of music, dancing and photography . His energetic spirit was a beacon to all who knew him.
In his professional life, David made significant strides as a personal trainer, helping many to reach their personal health goals. He was respected and well-regarded in his field, deriving great satisfaction from assisting others. He was proud of being a successful personal trainer and living life on his own terms.
Prior to his career as a personal trainer, David held the position of an art director in Connecticut. Eventually he relocated to San Francisco where he lived for many years. Later, he moved to Palm Springs California and established a new family among his friends there. His colleagues and friends, Michael Miller and Clay Sales stood steadfastly by his side during his illness, including helping him manage his healthcare.
The legacy David leaves behind is one of embracing life, celebrating the joy of friendship, and the fulfillment of helping others on their journey to wellness. He will be deeply missed.
