David John Closs, age 61, went to his eternal home peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side on Monday, February 27th, 2023. This following many years spent battling health issues including a recent 3-year fight with cancer.

David was born on 6/26/1961 in Youngstown, Ohio to Clarence & Marilyn (Kurth) Closs Jr. and was the youngest of three children. The Closs family moved to Upper Michigan in 1967, where David grew up. He …

Regarding the Celebration of Life for Dave on 4/22/23, it is with a heavy heart we share the following update from his beloved wife: “Because of health issues, I have no choice but to cancel Dave's Celebration ceremony on the 22nd of April.
