t is with great sadness that the family of David M. Harrell of Oxford, MA announces his passing after a long illness on May 9th, 2018 at the age of 71 years. David will be lovingly remembered his four children; Thomas Harrell, Darrick Harrell, Mindi Dodge and Matthew Harrell as well as by his girlfriend Dolores Haddad, including her son Michael Beiger and his girlfriend Rose Hughes. David also leaves two young grandchildren Logan Dodge and Miranda Berger whom he adored. David was predeceased by his parents David C., and Lillian Harrell and his brother Reginald Harrell.

From Troy New York, David attended LaSalle Institute. He went on to earn a Bachelors Degree of Accounting at Siena College that earned him a long career with Digital Equipment. Appointed as a buyer for the company he was able to travel the world and particularly enjoyed Japan and Holland. David also had a passion for cars and had the opportunity to close out his career as a car dealer for Herb Chambers. He retired to his true passion on the golf course, where he got to play often for three years.

A Celebration of Life and Family honoring David will be held from 12:00 to 4:00, on Sunday June 10th at O'Tooles Restaurant Pub, 1814 Central Ave Albany, NY 12205.
