David L. Garcia passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by the love of his family and friends, on July 18, 2024. Born on September 6, 1960, in Hobbs, NM, to Ubaldo (Walt) and Esperanza Garcia, David's life was a testament to love, dedication, and hard work.
