David was a lovely man. He was a good and kind neighbor, too. I enjoyed the times he would pause on his walks to say hello and commiserate about the world. He was unique; he had a calm, positive energy made me feel comfortable and welcomed as a friend. I am so sorry for the loss of this good man. My love and prayers to Janis and DJ.

It meant so much. I wish I could thank him and let him know how much his kindness helped me and others. Dave will be fondly remembered and missed.
