My deepest condolences to Dave's family.  He was a big personality and a warm human being.  He led our association's safety and linemen training programs for many years and earned the respect and admiration of young lineworkers throughout New England.  Rest in Peace David
As a safety trainer Dave was instrumental in creating the safety culture at both of the municipal light plants that I've worked at.  He shared his wisdom with healthy doses of wit.  We spent some time this morning sharing some of our favorite memories which brought lots of smiles and chuckles.  Dave was one of a kind!
Sorry to hear of David's passing he was one of my first trainers fron NEPPA many years of training safety meetings and most of all lots of laughs he will be missed famous line so What's going on in downtown Belmont these days !!! Rest in peace Brother !!

My deepest condolences,Dave was the safety instructor from Neppa. I worked for Jewett city elec. we all loved Dave down there. He was a people person and we looked forward to his safety meetings. Alexa maybe you remember fishing when you were young. Your dad used to bring you to the reservoir I was the caretaker of in Jewett city when you were a youngster. Love to you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of David’s passing.  Just spoke to him the week before.  Had a great conversation.  Your cousins in Colorado certainly send our deepest love and prayers to all the family.  🙏🏻🙏🏻Elizabeth, Gloria and Margaret.

I met David in 2003 after retirement from a New York utility company of 33 years.  He recruited me to join him at his training company in Massachusetts. I wasn't really interested but he persisted and each time we spoke I couldn't help but to like his lighthearted manor, his laugh and his sincerity to what he did and what he wanted me to do for him. He talked me in to taking that job for just one year, it has now turned into 22 . Dave was always there, to mentor me and support always worried and made certain that I had the tool and materials to do the job. Dave left the training company but left behind so many like myself and students who many are the leaders at many companies today..  RIP David..........Bill Hesson MEUA/NEPPA  Line Training

I met David through Sue & the first thing I loved  about him was his sense of humor, he was also very fond of my chocolate pretzels!  It was a joy to watch Sue & David with their playful, teasing, loving spirit!  His presence will be sorely missed by Sue & everyone that knew him!
