Obituary
David Everett Spencer, age 75, of Cumberland,RI passed away peacefully, at Hope Health Hospice (Providence, RI) on Thursday 1/16/2020.
David was born in Norfolk, VA on December 17, 1944, where his father was stationed while in the Navy.
He spent his youth in the Ashland, Framingham, MA area. He graduated from Framingham South HS in 1962.
In 1966 he graduated, with a BA in Mechanical Engineering, from Worcester Poly Tech, Worcester, MA.
He spent most …
