David W. Doyle, 66, of Golden, Colo., died Nov. 30 at home.

Mr. Doyle was born in North Attleboro to the late Bernard and Mary Doyle. He was a graduate of Bishop Feehan High School, where he played football, earning All New England honors and a scholarship to Harvard University. He also graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut.

After graduating from Harvard, Mr. Doyle moved to Colorado in 1979 and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1982. He was in private practice until his retirement in 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Desjarlais-Doyle, and their three children, Molly, Jamey and Patrick. He is also survived by two sisters, Patricia Pryles and Mary Clark; a brother, Jay Doyle; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late B.J. Doyle, Donald Doyle and Paul Doyle.

Services will be private. A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.
