My condolences to David's family. I first met David when he attended the Multicultural Festival at the College about 20 years ago. His bright smile lit up the room! When we exchanged pleasantries, we learned that we were connected through my Cousin Vic. From that day on, until I saw him last at the Harwich Cape Verdean Festival, he called me Cousin. I always enjoyed our conversations and his passion for his Cape Verdean roots. David will be so missed and loved. Rest easy until we meet again Cousin.<3
