Dave and I were cousins. We kept in contact as we grew up. I loved his kindness and sense of humor. He always made me laugh. I consider us close. I will miss him dearly. Love you Dave. Pam Crabtree

David had a big heart and spent his life trying to make others happy. With his quirky since of humor and his stylish moves on the dance floor, these are some memories I will treasure most.
