David "Dave" Blair, 73, of Danville, CA, passed away on February 27, 2023. He is survived by his two daughters Courtney and Jamie, and his grand daughters Mikayla, Tatum, and Emerson.
David was born on April 28th, 1949 to Elwyn and Dorothy Blair in Oakland. After graduating from Bishop O’Dowd in 1967, he went on to study business at Cal State Hayward. After graduation, he landed his first job as a CPA. Shortly after he …
