David was born in Sedan, Kansas on September 9th, 1949 to Frank and Opal Bevard. When not driving a semi truck for a living he enjoyed attending Heritage Assembly of God Church, music, singing, and spending time with his family.

David is survived by his wife, Bertha Bevard, three children; Polly Schuyler, Michilyn Schwab and David Bevard Jr. and six grandchildren. David also is survived by four siblings: Lova, Frances, Anna and Tom. He was predeceased by his brother John.

A memorial service for David will be determined at a later time.
