Dave was a best friend to my husband Jim. I met him when we first started dating in 1984. Dave became like a brother to me, a chosen family…All our families got to know each other and really enjoyed each other’s company.

I will always remember how Dave chose to do things his way and had tons of friends. He had a huge heart.

His life was complete when he met Kellie! All friends and family took to her immediately.

She was his angel and adored her. Kellie, thank you for taking such good care of him and loving him right up until the end. 

Say hi to God for me Dave and enjoy Heaven with Jim…will be looking for your signs!

I didnt know David was sick. I met David thru some friends where i lived in Mission valley.  This was probably 1986. He was always a good friend, never said anything bad about anyone. Later, he helped me with my divorce and gave advice when i needed it.  I remember his joyous disposition. He was a good friend. I cleaned his house to work off some legal fees. Thru facebook he shared pictures of his family and life and it was clear how happy he was. David thank you for being you and laughter we shared. You will never be forgotten. My condolences to your family and may they find peace at this difficult time.  I too was sadden  to hear the new of his passing!
