Obituary
David Ray Bays passed away 3/8/21 at Good Shepherd Hospice House in Lakeland, FL. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He was loved and cared for by his brother Ronnie Lee Davis. He was predeceased in death by his mother Mary Bell Gilbert and his grandparents Clara Bell Elswick Burnette and Sam (Jack) Burnette. He will be deeply missed.
