Dave Madden of Hartford, AL passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022. He was 69 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva, AL. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Geneva, directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Madden was born in Salem, OH on April 21, 1953, to the late Keith Richard Madden and Dona Gene Garrod Madden. He retired from the US Navy after twenty-one years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Lewis Madden; grandmother, Elsie Garrod; and two brothers, Butch Madden, and Steven Madden.

He is survived by daughter, Trisha Berry of New Albany, IN; two sons, Christopher Madden, Sr. (Amy) of Greer SC, and Kevin Madden (Jennifer) of Acworth, GA; seven grandchildren; Logan Madden, Brady Madden, Christopher Madden, Jr., Ashton Madden, Addison Madden, Luca Warburg and Atlas Warburg; four sisters, Mary Jensen, Ruth Druschel, Lynn Pieri, and Ann Burgess; and a brother, Mike Madden.
