Darryln Marie Schell, age 72, of St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025.

Born on August 21, 1952, in Milton, Massachusetts, Darryln was known for her warmth, deep love for her family, and quiet strength. She lived her life with kindness and faith, always putting others before herself and finding joy in life's simple, meaningful moments.

She is survived by her children, Monica (Kelly) Davies, Eric Schell, Leanna (Dan) Stefaniak, and Jocelyn Schell; her seven beloved grandchildren who brought her endless joy; her partner, Dan Cosgrove; her brothers, Msgr. Timothy Moran and Peter F. (Karen) Moran, Jr.; her treasured niece and nephew; and many dear cousins, all of whom held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Francis Butler Moran and Peter Frances Moran, and by her beloved aunts whose influence shaped her deeply.

A small service will be held in the coming weeks at Nativity of Our Lord in St. Paul, MN, with a Celebration of Life and burial to follow at a later date in Massachusetts, where Darryln’s roots and family history began.

Her love and legacy live on in those who were lucky enough to know her.
