So sorry to have seen this on a mutual friend's facebook page. I worked 11 years with Harrah's and met Darrel in a leadership development class and worked with frequently from the corporate offices. My condolences to his wife and family, over time may you be able to focus on the happy memories more than recent challenges.

Darrell was truely a one of a kind person, this world lost a good person. So sad that mental health is so hard to overcome. We will miss you, rest in peace D

Darrell and I were pals. I would call him D and he would call me Stevo. 

He was a Curb fan as I. We were golf buds. If one of us sank a long putt or a long straight drive, the other would say, that was prettay prettay prettay prettay good with a smile.

If we were walking toward each other at work, as we passed by we would gently slap each other on the shoulder as we walked on and smile.

That’s how I will remember my pal.
