- When we moved stuffed from the storage to the house. He was so happy and when I was moving Christmas and Halloween decorations he said “This is going to make Julie so happy”. He wasn’t thinking about him, but his family.
- A 4-10 split bowling. He went for it and got it. That “HaHa got it!” Will always be on my head. Watching him being like a kid and enjoying that little moment made me enjoy and remember that as my favorite bowling time. I care more about enjoying it than the result and/or score.
I remember when I was young, and there was one time dad and I were playing a game of catch with a big yellow ball in our backyard. Dad, was the one who was tagging people. He found me, and started running toward me. But, he slipped and ended up falling on me! Mom was out and about, and the only thing he could find was a bag of frozen peas. Poor guy felt so bad for falling on me. While, I just ended up with a broken collar bone, dad still felt awful. I chuckle every time I think about this, and it makes me smile.
