Darlene Galarneau, born on February 17, 1965, passed away unexpectedly on September 3, 2023. She lived a life defined by laughter, love, and an easy-going spirit that touched everyone around her. 

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved son, Eric Galarneau, and his wife, Brittaney Galarneau of Suffield, CT, her cherished daughter, Amanda Murdock, and her husband, Michael Murdock of Webster, MA. Darlene also leaves behind her grandchildren, Benjamin, William, and Emilia Galarneau, who were the absolute joys of her life. Darlene also leaves behind her sisters Joyce Saucier of Danielson, CT, Clarissa Peltier, and Cindy Peltier, both of Southbridge, MA, and a brother, Michael Peltier, of Worcester, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews whom she adored.

As an avid fan of The New England Patriots, Darlene's energetic spirit was as unstoppable as her favorite team. Her love for music was embodied in her talent for playing the guitar, an activity she enthusiastically indulged in during her leisure time. These pastimes brought her much joy and were a source of shared excitement with her family and friends.

Described by those who knew her as loving, funny, and easy-going. Her infectious laughter and loving nature will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on through the love she instilled in her family.

Darlene considered her children and grandchildren to be her greatest accomplishments. Her boundless love for them defined her life, shaping her into the wonderful mother and grandmother she was. She leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
