Danuta's obituary
Danuta Kulaga of 201 Ethyl Street, Apt 5, long time resident of Stoughton MA, passed away on December 16, 2021 at age 90. Danuta was born to Jan and Zofia (Mandat) Kulaga on April 3, 1931 in Czestochowa, Poland. She immigrated to the US in September, 1969 and worked for a Polish travel agency and as a translator. She was a strong advocate of women’s causes, volunteered at the breast cancer center, and provided assistance at other agencies serving disadvantaged women. Danuta was predeceased by Theodore and Henrietta Manak, also of Stoughton, with whom she lived prior to their passing, and was an important member of their family. She is survived by Mark Manak of Windermere FL, Peter Manak of Webster MA, and her close friends Cezary Pawlowski of Abington MA and Alina Packer of Stoughton MA. She will be interred on Jan 8, 2022 at the Knollwood Memorial Park at 321 High St. Canton, MA where a brief Memorial Service will be held at the West Chapel at 10 am.
