Danielle is a person I dearly adored. We met through unusual circumstance. I won't bore everyone with the long version. Instead I will say that her kindness, joy, and generosity were on display when we met. It was a moment that cemented our friendship. I will always be grateful for that kindness she showed me that day and for the loving friendship we held for each other ever since. While she will live on in the hearts and minds of those of us who called her friend, our world is most certainly diminished with her absence.
