Daniel's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Daniel Bruce "Danny, Dan-B" Wexler on April 29, 2024. Born on July 2, 1946, Daniel was known for his kindness, generosity, humor, and giving nature. He preferred to be called Daniel, although he answered warmly to Danny or Dan-B.
Daniel has left a profound legacy and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. In his lifetime, he touched countless lives with his unwavering kindness and love for others. He had a unique ability to bring laughter into any room he entered, and his generous spirit knew no bounds.
He is survived by his beloved daughters, Sheri Struck, Jamie Gentry, and Grandsons, Tyler Struck, Dylan Struck, and Zachary Gentry, who will carry his lessons and memories in their hearts always. They continue to honor their father/grandfather through their actions and by emulating the same kindness and generosity that Daniel embodied throughout his life.
We invite you to join us in celebrating Daniel's life on June 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Los Angeles Live Steamers Railroad Museum. It is not a time to mourn but a time to honor a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and generosity. As we gather to celebrate Daniel, we encourage everyone to remember him not with sadness but with the same joy and humor he brought into our lives.
The legacy of Daniel "Danny, Dan-B" Wexler continues to live on in the lives of those he touched. We will always remember his giving nature, his laughter, and his generous spirit.
