Desert X Art Fest. The last time we saw Dan. I'm so glad he and Nagisa came out for this event. We had such a good time that weekend. RIP, Dan. We miss you.
Dan was an amazing and kind person. He always had a smile on his face and was so encouraging when big changes were happening at work. You will be missed.

Dan at Tough Mudder - I remember he had a great finish time! Quick and agile!

Dan worked for me at Riot and was one of the foundations of our team.   My favorite memory of Dan was this uncanny ability that he had to always get 1st place in our leadership playtest!

Dan had such a positive impact on all of us.  I'm grateful for the few years I knew him and for the impact he had on so many.

Rest in peace, Dan.  You will be missed.

I virtually met Dan for the first time in League of Legends too. He joined us when I was playing with a friend, when they worked together at Scopely. I friended him and saw him playing online a lot.

Then many years later, when he was interviewing me for a position at Riot, I zoned out realizing I might have had him on my old League account's friendlist. I told him my ID at the time and he remembered me. He kindly added my new account.

I then worked with him on LoR. I really appreciate his dedication and genuine love for the IP and the team. He also organized a lot of events and prepared fun trivia games for them. He was always smiling when I saw him, and was very supportive whenever I went to him for help or advice.
