Daniel's obituary
Daniel Raymond Boland, 67, passed away on March 13, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and will carry his memory with them always.
Daniel was born in Wisconsin Rapids and spent much of his childhood moving throughout the United States as part of a military family. Those early years shaped the resilience, adaptability, and strength that defined him throughout his life. Over the years he built a life in Texas, later moving to the Chicagoland area, before spending his final years in Fort Myers.
Daniel dedicated much of his professional life to the construction industry, where he built a respected career as a Project Manager and Project Executive. He took pride in his work and in the relationships he built along the way, earning the respect of colleagues and those who worked alongside him.
While he worked hard throughout his life, what meant the most to Daniel was his family. He loved being a father and was always there cheering on his kids at their sporting events, proud of every moment he got to watch them grow and succeed. Those moments meant everything to him.
Outside of work, Daniel loved spending time outdoors and enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Whether he was out on the golf course, relaxing on his boat, or cycling—one of his favorite pastimes—he embraced every opportunity to stay active and enjoy the world around him.
He was also a lifelong and passionate fan of the Green Bay Packers, proudly cheering for them every season and rarely missing a game.
Daniel is survived by his children Parker, Graeme, and Emma; his father Raymond; his brother David; and his beloved grandchildren Jackson and Eliana. He is proceeded in death by his brother Michael Boland and mother Jacqueline Boland.
Daniel will be remembered as a hardworking man, a devoted father, and someone who deeply valued the people in his life. His presence, encouragement, and love will be greatly missed.
Though he is gone, the lessons he taught, the love he gave, and the memories he created will continue to guide and live on in the hearts of his family forever.
